What happens after I send the form?
We read it properly, then get in touch within a business day to set up a call. On that call we go through what you sent, what we would actually do about it and what it costs. No deck and no pressure.
Will you tell me if I don't need you?
Yes, and it happens. Some businesses are already at capacity, and some have a problem that more visibility would only make worse. We would rather say so on the first call than take the money.
Am I locked into anything?
No. No lock-in contracts, no bloated retainers. Handshakes over paperwork. If something is not working we make it right instead of keeping you stuck.
Do you only work with Toowoomba businesses?
We are based in Toowoomba and we love working locally, but plenty of clients are further afield. Shoots need us on the ground, everything else does not.
What if I don't know what I need yet?
